Lexington Two-Vehicle Collision Kills Two

A head-on collision between two vehicles in Lexington, Kentucky caused the deaths of two individuals and injured two others, according to lex18.com.

The accident occurred last Wednesday, January 14 on Versailles Road near Terrace View Drive at around 3:15. Police investigators collected evidence from the accident scene several hours and provided alternative routes for motorists. The woman in the first vehicle is expected to recover, but two of the three young men in the other vehicle died. Police are still investigating the cause of the accident. The Fayette County Coroner Gary Ginn said alcohol may have been involved, though tests have not been confirmed.
